Description of the theft
Bike was stolen within the last two weeks from the Moda Apartment complex downtown. The bike was stored and locked in the bike storage room in the apartment complex locked parking garage. The bike had black fenders, a black front basket, a timbuktu bag on the headstay, a red waterbottle holder, and lights.
