Bicycle detail

We were leaving for a bike ride with my girlfriend and her dog when we seen guy coming towards the building, we came back about 20 minutes later and the guy was sitting in the keyfob room for my apartment, and I thought maybe he was waiting for someone, I locked my bike where the other bikes are and he seen be go up stairs and took the chance and cut the cable with bold cutters. I have surveillance camera pictures from the building security and I have pictures of his face and a picture of him cutting the cable and taking the bike.
