Bicycle detail

I went for a night ride and got home late. I live on the second floor in a condo and did not want to push the bike up the stairs so I left it on the bike on the bike rack on my Jeep. I had a chain lock wrapped around both tires, the frame and the Bike rack. The bike rack also has a lock on the know that prevents turning it to open when locked. The bike rack was also locked on the Jeep. However, they simply cut the chain with what looks to be a grinder, and forcefully broke the bike rack lock and stole my bike. They left the lock behind.
