I locked up my Rad Power Rad Runner Plus ebike to the fence at Encinitas community park and I’m not sure what time but somebody cut the lock on my bike and took it and my ebike is my only way of transportation anywhere and everywhere I go because I do not have my license yet as I am newly 16.
