Description of the theft
Inside a locked courtyard, not visible from the street, a 30 unit complex had a rash of thefts in the days. 5 bikes were stolen between Thursday and Saturday. I'm 99.999% certain I saw my bike locked up under the stairs by my door in the morning. When we went for our afternoon walk, it was gone. The last two taken had a cut cable lock left behind and had managed to beat a Ulock
