Bicycle detail

The bike's front wheel was locked to the frame using a Kryptonite U-lock, and a separate steel cable went through the U-lock, the back wheel, and was looped through a staircase railing in the lobby of the building. The steel cable was cut and the bike removed from the lobby while still locked to itself (along with one other bike in a similar state). There was no apparent damage to the building's front door, so the thief must have rung doorbells at random until somebody let them in.
