Description of the theft
Bike was locked up at Crescent Park near the elevator/staircase used to access the park. Location was on N Peters but, closer to Esplanade. Arrived at the park at 7:15 pm and made my way to exit the park at 8:05pm. Discovered the bike was stolen at 8:10pm
