Bicycle detail

While moving into my new apartment, I left the bike unlocked in my private, completely fenced in back patio area. I was away for a few hours and when I returned, the bike was gone. I spoke to a presumed homeless person that was sitting nearby and he said that he saw someone take the bike. He also said that he knew where they sometimes took stolen bikes (nearby homeless camps) and would look for the bike, but I never saw him again.
