Description of the theft
My bike had a Ulock on the wheel & frame and was secured to the thick top railing of our chain link fence next to our house. Someone sawed the section of the top railing and took the chunk of railing with them. It's a black painted specialized frame with shimano parts and bright orange tape on racing handlebars. It believed it happened sometime in the last 36 hours. Must have had a way to tranport it since the wheel was attached to the lock and could not be ridden.
