Bicycle detail

I had it parked inside Chevron, not locked, as I had so many times before... I used their restroom to get ready for the day.. I was in there for about 30 min... when I came out, I noticed my bike missing and made my worries known by being a little bit loud. The casino clerk from inside the store came to me and told me she saw a guy walking past the window when he stopped, looked closer then came inside so quick, hopped on the bike and sped away before anyone could say or do anything. I made a police report and they sent a detective to retrieve the video but the theif was just out of view...?
