Description of the theft
Video footage from the business security desk shows unknown person riding up on a bike at approx 12:37am on June 4. Unknown person appears to be using a tool to cut U-lock that was securing my bike to the sidewalk bike rack. In the video, you can see sparks from the cutting of the lock. A few mins later, the video shows suspect rides away riding a bike and holding a second bike along his side.
