Bicycle detail

My 2008 Marin Kentfield bike was stolen from a hidden location within my building's secured garage. The bike was not locked, as there is no designated place for bikes in my residence; however, this is where most residents keep their bikes. To access the garage, someone would need either a remote, key, or physically climbed over the gate or fence (see image). Any leads would be so appreciated! It should be noted that my room mate's bike (teal beach cruiser) was also stolen.
