Bicycle detail

Basically the bike has been left in a bike park in front of wilko in canterbury, I usually leave it in there while working for eight hours next to others people bikes', today 31/03/2017, I left the bike there exactly at 11:57 AM and as usually I've checked the locker after lock it, when I left the work at 8PM the bike was not in there anymore, but one of my colleagues has claimed that he saw the bike in there the entire day, I've called police straight and reported the incident, they told me to wait for a call from them in the next 24hour. The bike got on the seat kind of a scratch, so the seat is a bit damaged at the back, even if someone is ridding the bike you can see from the back of the seat that there is a hole regarding the colour of the seat (black) and whats' inside (more or less yellow material).
