Description of the theft
Bike was lying on the ground about 10 yards from where I was standing. Two black males (16-20yo) passed me by on bikes and then circled back. One rode directly towards my bike and jumped off his bike and then took mine and headed West on West River Drive while the other male came straight towards me. I was able to pick up my backpack before trying to chase the one who stole my bike. Could not catch up to him. I then turned back towards the other male but was able to chase him down. The bike that was left was a total wreck.
