Returned home at 16:45 Monday, September 7th and bikes were not on the hatchback Thule rack. Cable lock was cut and left on ground next to car. Car was parked on the street in front of apartment building. Bikes were last seen by me at 12:00 Noon. Theft occurred between noon and 16:45.
