Bicycle had an alarm system but it had run out of battery. So bicycle was left unlocked next to FedEx in well lit location near large windows. I go into FedEx for a quick scanning job, periodically checking for the presence of the bicycle. Bicycle was discovered to be missing on 6:18 PM, and was seen to be present a few minutes prior.
