Description of the theft
I HAD LEFT MY BICYCLE LOCKED TO A SHORT STAIRWAY RAILING BEHIND ARIZONA SCHOOL FOR ACUPUNCTURE AND ORIENTAL MEDICINE USING A U-LOCK FOR ABOUT TWO HOURS, FROM 5PM TO 7:15PM, TO ATTEND A CLASS ELSEWHERE. UPON MY RIDE DROPPING ME BACK OFF, WE SAW THAT THE BIKE WAS MISSING AND THE RAILING WAS BENT. THE U-LOCK WAS ON THE GROUND AND TWISTED IN A CORKSCREW-SHAPE, MY HELMET WAS ON THE GROUND, AND THERE WAS A TAG NEXT TO THE HELMET THAT SAID "NOT ALL WHO WANDER ARE LOST--J.R.R. TOLKIEN." MY RIDE THEN GAVE ME A RIDE HOME. SERIAL NUMBER NOT AVAILABLE AT MOMENT, I WILL UPDATE REPORT ASAP.
