Description of the theft
The bicycle was stolen from our building parking lot which is 2nd floor on October 2, 2017 at around 1am. I did see my bike with a man (african american, with a beard and glasses with a gray/black hoodie and glasses), last night (October 2, 2017 around 11pm) at the corner of Folsom and 13th. I called the cops but the man rode off with my bike)
