Description of the theft
I parked across from "Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf" cafe - near to BART entrance and Wells Fargo at 5.27pm. Came out of the cafe at 6pm and the bike was gone - along with the other four bikes that had been locked to the two adjacent bike rack things (the upturned u-shaped things bolted to the sidewalk).
