Bicycle detail

We have kept our bikes in our apartment complex communal secure bike locker. Locked door to room as well as a U-locks locking the bikes to the wall. This evening the parking garage door to the apartment complex was broken and wide open. Went to down to the garage where the bike locker room is to check on our bikes. First thing I noticed was the light was on in room, then noticed the latch to the secure door was busted and the door could be freely pushed open without needing to turn the knob or use a key. Immediately saw my bright green bike was no longer there. My wife’s bike was still there but had the U-lock cut and was sitting in a different area than where we store it. Also noticed a couple of other locks cut and laying in the ground. I also noticed that the bikes that were still in the room all had flat tires.
