Description of the theft
I live in cherry creek apartments on the second floor. I had my specialized bicycle on my balcony with my wife's Turbo bicycle. I left my bike on the balcony because I saw several neighbors doing it, and I would lock my bike with a Kryptonite lock. Last time I saw it was around 3 am when I went out for a smoke. Then at 8:00 am it was gone, a shitty bike was left on the first floor with a backpack containing the gas-filled bolt cutter used to break the lock.
