Description of the theft
My wife and 7yr old son went into the Soul Food shop on 19 Street NW. While there a person stole my son's bike right in front of another woman (witness) standing close by. The witness (Michelle ) saw a petite woman, black shoulder-length hair, wearing light blue jeans and a black jacket, with small black purse with strap. She confidently walk over and took the bike and rode away heading south towards Kensington Road NW. Another
witness claims to have seen the bike about 4pm at North Hill Mall near the Dollarama entrance, but when we checked it was gone.
