Description of the theft
Bike was parked at Hospital overnight, locked to a bike rack in front of 2 security cameras. Frame was locked with a u lock through the rear wheel to bike rack, front wheel was attached to the frame with a cable lock.
U lock was broken, it appears by a crowbar or similar prying tool, as indicated by the break pattern in the metal, not cut with a saw. Cable lock was not found at the scene.
