Description of the theft
Bike was inside garage in the middle of the day. We arrived home at 4pm from a bike ride, put the bikes in the garage to go inside to change/pack up to head to my parents for dinner. Went back outside at around 4:30pm and my bike was gone. Bike had a blue MEC pouch underneath seat and a black pannier rack on the back.
