Description of the theft
Bike was locked to Thule bike rack on truck. We went inside in-n-out for lunch on the way to sea otter. When we returned 15 minutes later, the bike was gone. Eye witness said the thief forcibly ripped the bike from the rack and rode away into the apartments across the street.
