Description of the theft
The suspect had ditched his bike, and waited in a park, watching me play outside in the front yard with my child. When he had the opportunity (less than 1 minute) he came into garage, got on bike and rode away. He was so close I could almost grab him, but he got away, and as I had my young child I could not do much.
