Bicycle detail

I parked my bike to a steel fence on the sidewalk in front of the front doors of CVS Pharmacy. I locked it with a thick cable lock and a combination padlock. I left the bike at 2:44pm and returned at 3:18pm. The bike and cable and lock were missing. One reflector from the bike was on the ground, undamaged. The fence was undamaged. I asked the store manager to review the security cameras and she found images of the thief riding my bike while wheeling their own past the front doors of CVS at 3:08pm. I filed a police report with the SB County Sheriff's Office whom has that store in their jurisdiction. The Deputy did review the images from the store manager's cameras and attached them to my file.
