Description of the theft
This bike was stolen 9/12/17 between 10 a.m. and 11:55 a.m. near Jupiter restaurant and Target at 2181 shattuck Avenue. The bike frame and rear wheel were taken (minus the front wheel, which was locked). Witnesses saw an African American male with a bike without a front wheel walking by Center Street next to the Downtown Berkeley BART station. I have reported this information to the police.
