Bicycle detail

Frame of bike was locked with Kryptonite u-lock, front tire was locked with kryptonite chain and MasterLock padlock, on a city bike rack outside of the 24 Hour Fitness at the NE corner of Wilshire / Serrano in Koreatown, Los Angeles. Per video surveillance footage, after 45 minutes of being locked up, at around 5:45 p.m., one thief broke the padlock to the front chain lock while the other kept a look out; they then switched places while the other thief pulled a large tool from his backpack and broke through the u-lock securing the frame. Both thieves were wearing black hoodies. Second thief hopped on the bike and rode away slowly, along with a dog on a leash.
