Description of the theft
I locked my bike at the bike rack at the Safeway in Jefferson Square. I was in the store for ten minutes. When I came out my lock was cut, the bike rack had been pulled out from the wall. The entire incident is on camera but Safeway will not help me or give me the footage because a police officer needs to request it. I filed a police report but haven't heard anything from Seattle PD even though it is a felony theft.
