Bicycle detail

Guy snuck in to my open garage while I was doing yard work. My security camera showed a 6 minute window between me being in garage and then seeing him ride out of garage on the bike. I chased him down my long driveway then jumped in my car to go after him. He put bike in back of his car and sped off. I chased him in his car but he sped to 85 mph+ through the neighborhood so I had to stop the persuit. He was driving a newer all black SUV similar to a Ford Escape or keep Cherokee. White male, 6'0" height, their build, shaved head. Looked like a tweaked. Prob has a bad cut on his hand from cutting cable lock with my sawzall from my garage.
