Bicycle detail

Bike was secured with a cable lock beneath staircase. Sometime between approximately 4 pm and 8 pm on Saturday, January 13th, 2018, a thief cut through the cable lock and took both the bike and destroyed lock. Curiously, another bike was found on the same day near my apartment with its cable lock also cut, but it had not been taken. This bike had a flat tire, which suggests that the thief arrived on foot and rode away on my stolen bike, after finding that the first bike they attempted to steal had a flat tire and could not be ridden.

Note: the image I've attached is somewhat outdated. My bike currently resembles the silver one in the center of the image, except with a black seat and black plastic fenders.
