Description of the theft
I lock my bike to a bike rack that is situated on the inside of an underground parking area for tenants in my building. There is an electronic garage door that is triggered by drivers when cars come and go. This is the main way to enter this area. When I woke up in the morning and went down there, my bike was gone.
No sign of the lock. Four or five other bikes of lower value were still there and locked. It's a real drag.
