Description of the theft
My front tire was locked to the rack by a U-lock, and a combination cable lock ran through the front tire, u-lock, frame, and back tire of the bike. The cable lock was cut, and the metal U-lock was attempted to be cut, but not fully cut. So, my entire bike except for the front tire got stolen.
