Description of the theft
The bicycle was locked on the bike rack in The Shelby parking garage. Suspect looks like a white male, at least 5'5" - 6'3" in height, wearing a silver color bracelet on right wrist. Last seen riding off with bicycle in garage.
Bicycle is red in color white lettering and black color accents. Had a led light front and back; also had a silver bell on left side of handlebars.
