The bike was directly in front of Safeway in front of one of the security cameras. I forgot to lock my bike as I was in a rush to get a last-minute item. The suspect was most likely Hispanic (white being a second possibility) and most likely made a left turn onto Mission Street from the Safeway parking lot.
