Bicycle detail

I noticed my bike was stolen as of Saturday, March 14th at 11:00 am. The last time I saw my bike was Thursday, March 12th around 6:30 pm. My bike had been u-locked within a locked and secured location, which required a key and and key fob to enter, within our tenant garage on the first floor. Since there was a camera at that location, I proceeded to our leasing oice on Saturday morning to see if they had footage and sure enough they did. I have never seen the perpetrator around the complex before, but he did used wire cutters to get into the side fence of that secured location. According to the footage, the time of incident was Friday, March 13th at 2:43 am.
