Description of the theft
i locked the bike up between 8:15 am and 11:30 am. In my haste I locked the bike via the handle bar neck and the thief popped the handlebars off and stole the bike leaving the helmet and lock. The bike has black plastic fenders and flat clip-in shimano pedals.
