Description of the theft
Parked my gray Schwinn Trailway Hybrid 28” bike on August 14th at 08:50 AM outside the Suzzallo and Allen libraries at UW, on NE Grant Ln, on the racks right outside the 1st floor windows (it’s a covered area under a roof). When I came out to pick it up so I could bike back home at 3:00 PM, it was gone. It had a bell, rear rack, water bottle holder, as well as a cable lock and helmet attached when I left it there.
