Description of the theft
i had two bikes in my garage on a rack with both bikes locked together with a thin password lock, the wonderful people in my building left the back gate cracked and my neighbor in front of me forgot to lock the garage door when he came home from work, so they just walked in and took the bikes, no forced entry or broken windows, not sure if they broke the lock and rode off or tossed the bikes in a vehicle
