Description of the theft
BIke was chained up to railings near clothes recycling area and left for around 25 mins. On returning, I found the bike missing and the Kryptonite chain lock cut with an angle grinder. A man waiting in a truck nearby told me he smelled burning, and another man in the car park told me he saw two young people making off with the bike towards Spring Terrace.
