Description of the theft
A friend of mine had his bike stolen recently outside of a library. He went to the police but they didn't file a report. It's a vintage bike, made possibly in the 70's, in pristine condition (he didn't take it out much). It's unique in that it has 24" wheels.
I'm posting for him in the hopes that it could be recovered. The bike meant a lot to him and he's been upset at the loss and thinks there's nothing more he can do since the police thought it wasn't important, and he couldn't find any surveillance footage. He's a senior citizen and calls the bike his "baby." Sorry for the limited information, but I've included a photo! Thank you!
