Bicycle detail

The bike was stolen from SE flats area out of garage that was locked. I found the rims and tires about a block away at person house in the back yard just by chance. The person when I confronted them said it was found in the strathcona park and he thought the frame and bars was with the rims and tires but must of been stolen through out the night by someone. Or maybe the bylaw took it by chance when they were nosing around for other stole stuff the day prior. The man pleased that he never stole the bike from the original place but who knows. If it's found I'd be thank ful. Thanks for reading
