Description of the theft
I locked my bike through the front tire and frame to a bike rack... went into a food place for a quick bite. 10-15 minutes later I came out of the restaurant and the bike was gone, the lock on the ground. It was a busy day, people walking around everywhere and apparently no one saw the crime.
