Description of the theft
Between 9am and 10am, my bike was stolen from the outside of my apartment. The bike was locked up with a U Lock and a chain lock; the chain lock was cut and left behind, and the U lock was gone. The bike is a 2-year old Raleigh Alysa 2, silver with teal and white stripe on the frame, with a black rack mounted on the back and black fenders on the front and back tires.
