Description of the theft
The bike was taken out of my courtyard by my neighbors guests. The neighbor was kicked out of the building, and I left soon after. She was not helpful in trying to recover it. I just found the purchase receipt and figured I'd give your organization a shot. It is red and black with red raceface pedals and grips. It also has a silver bell on the handle bars. Picture is from when it was new.
