ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2020 AT 2:57 AM, SOMEONE WEARING A HODDIE CAME ON FRONT OF OUR HOUSE DOOR WHERE BIKE WAS LOCKED WITH A BEAM OF WOOD, CUT THE LOCK AND TOOK THE ELECTRIC BIKE AND RODE AWAY ON THE BIKE. WE SAW THIS INCIDENT IN THE RECORDING OF THE CCTV CAMERA OF OUR NEIGHBOURS ACCROSS THE ROAD.
