Description of the theft
The bicycle was locked to the fence at 703 Esplanade, along with many other bicycles that were stolen as the chains were cut and left on the fence line. This happened in a 3 hour window from about 7:30 to 10:30pm. The bicycle has an after market cargo rack on the back, and spring loaded green cup holder, and some lights on the frame and front tire. The seat and handle bars are brown. I am not sure if there is a camera in the area.
