Bicycle detail

Locked bike on rack near B-cycle station/ Wewatta Pavillion/ Track 7 around 7:45a on July 2, 2019 to board G line to Arvada for work. Returned on G line around 5:30p the same day from Arvada to find bike was no longer locked to that rack. I checked the area with the other bike racks, around Wewatta, Whole Foods, and did not see any sign of my bike.

Additional note: I registered my bike with DPD in October 2016 when I first got it. There are gouge marks/ missing paint on the front fork, the back derailleur is slightly off, the bike chain is very squeaky; there should be a mount on the vertical tube under the seat for my u-lock, and another mount on the handlebar towards the right hand side for my LED headlight (I have the headlight in my possession) and a slender back taillight that is vertically oriented, and the black paint on the rear rim is worn to the metal about halfway from the brakes.
