Description of the theft
Bike was U-locked to a street sign post at 1st and Pine and stolen around 3:45 pm on Feb 8 2017. My guess is the thieves hoisted it up over the sign at the top. The bike has red accents (pedals, handle grips, wiring) and a pannier rack on the back.
